How do I submit my pet photo?

You can upload your pet photo before adding the item to cart. Please choose a clear, front-facing photo with good lighting.

What photo quality do I need?

Please submit a photo that is sharp, well-lit, and at least 1MB in size. Avoid blurry or heavily filtered photos. A straight-on or slightly angled shot of your pet's face works best.

How long does production take?

Production typically takes 3–5 business days. Once your portrait is ready, shipping to the US takes an additional 7–14 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United States. If you're located outside the US, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Can I order as a gift?

You can choose the packaging option that best fits your order. We offer both standard packaging and gift packaging, so you can select the option you prefer before checkout.
