LuminaShadows provides custom-made lithophane artwork, personalized pet portrait lights, and custom pet hologram displays created from photos submitted by our customers. Throughout this website, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to LuminaShadows.

By using our website, you agree to follow these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

2. Product Information

We do our best to display our products, colors, lighting effects, sizes, and details as accurately as possible. However, product appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, photo quality, lighting conditions, and the handmade or custom nature of each item.

Because our products are made from customer-submitted photos, each piece is unique. Small variations in texture, brightness, color tone, relief detail, crop, or motion presentation may occur as part of the custom production process.

3. Customer-Submitted Photos

By uploading a photo to our website, you confirm that you own the photo or otherwise have the right and permission to use it for customization. You are responsible for ensuring that the image does not violate any third-party copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

You grant LuminaShadows a limited permission to use the uploaded photo only as reasonably necessary to prepare, produce, quality-check, deliver, and support your custom order. Our handling of uploaded photos and personal information is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you agree that all information you provide, including your name, email address, shipping address, customization details, and payment information, is accurate and complete.

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Shipping fees, taxes, customs duties, or other charges may apply depending on your location.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is an issue with payment, product availability, incorrect or incomplete information, suspected fraud, prohibited content, or another reasonable concern. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue any refund required under applicable law.

5. Order Changes and Cancellation

You may request an order change or cancellation within 24 hours after placing your order. After this period, production may begin and the order might no longer be eligible for cancellation or customization changes.

This production rule does not remove any return or refund rights that apply after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy or applicable law.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, customization requirements, shipping carriers, customs processing, holidays, or events outside our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, an incorrect address supplied by the customer, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Returns and Refunds

LuminaShadows offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You may request a return within 30 days after delivery without needing to provide a reason. Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Returned products should include the supplied components and accessories. For preference-based returns or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with the order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. For an approved product issue, LuminaShadows will cover the appropriate replacement, return, or refund resolution.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary. Unauthorized returns, intentional damage, misuse, or requests submitted after the return window may be declined, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
